RHINOPLASTY, ALSO KNOWN AS NOSE SURGERY, IS FREQUENTLY PERFORMED, MORE OFTEN IN WOMEN THAN IN MEN. THE RESULTS CAN BE EXTREMELY GOOD WITH THE RIGHT SURGEON. WITH DR. ZADEH, YOU’LL BE IN GOOD HANDS!

What is rhinoplasty?

This surgery is for anyone who wants to reshape their nose, or correct abnormalities that prevent them from breathing properly. It also softens the appearance of the face and harmonizes the nose with other facial features.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This surgery is for anyone who wants to reshape their nose, or correct abnormalities that prevent them from breathing properly. It also softens the appearance of the face and harmonizes the nose with other facial features.

THE PROCEDURE

Nose surgery lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on what is being done. The surgeon begins by making hidden incisions and separating the skin from the underlying bone and cartilage. He then shaves, carves and reshapes with very fine sutures the bone and the cartilage. The way in which the nose is sculpted, as well as the techniques used, will depend on the patient’s desired goals. In your consultation with Dr. Zadeh, you’ll discuss these topics to determine together the desired shape for your nose.

When the surgery is over, a bandage will be placed on your nose to minimize swelling and help maintain the shape of the nose following the operation.
