PLASTIC SURGERY OF THE CHEST IS GENERALLY DONE TO RESHAPE, AND ADD VOLUME TO THE PECTORALS. THERE ARE SEVERAL REASONS TO USE PECTORAL IMPLANTS FOR EITHER COSMETIC CORRECTION OR CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS..

Understanding pectoral augmentation surgery

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Esthetic chest surgery is beneficial for men who have small pectorals. Other than aesthetics, pectoral implants can also help men with congenital malformations.

THE PROCEDURE

Using a small incision at the armpit, Dr. Zadeh frees space for pectoral implants above the ribs and under the pectoral muscles. Dr. Zadeh carefully places the implants. Subsequently, a compression garment is worn to fit the patient.
